Honyaku ML – View Post

The statement below (from an article in the エコノミスト)
strikes me as way out in left field. However, I am nothing if not
conscious of my limitations when it comes to legal matters, so I
would like to refer the matter to all you legal eagles out there.

英国民は土地の保有権 (hold)は持つものの最終処分
権は持たない。

Isn't this the same as saying there is no private land ownership in
the UK?
