Isn't this talking about the right of people to wander across land in the UK without being chased
off by the owners?

The UK also has heritage laws that limit what a person can do with his property, if it is considered
a national heritage asset.

Surely it does not mean that there is no private land ownership, just that it is circumscribed.

conscious of my limitations when it comes to legal matters, so I

権は持たない。

Isn't this the same as saying there is no private land ownership in
the UK?
